All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number notifying you that your new jewelry is on its way to you.  If for any reason you need expedited shipping, please email us immediately after placing your order at celestinejewels@gmail.com with your order # and request.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any of our products unless items have been lost or damaged during shipment, or the products you received were incorrect. All of our products are inspected for quality, size and fit prior to shipping. We encourage you to double-check your ring sizes for accurate fitting, and to also make sure you view all product photos & read all product descriptions before placing your order. If sizes don’t run true, we will be sure to mention it in the product’s description. If you still receive a piece that is not a good fit for you, we encourage you to gift it to a loved one. We truly appreciate your business, but because our jewelry is such high-quality at an affordable price, it is not practical at this time for our small business to accept returns or exchanges because of fit or style. As our business grows, we will be sure to revise our policies to fulfill the business needs of both our company and our lovely customers.
